Supervision for a Thriving Practice

In the midst of holding space for others, supervision offers a vital pause, a place to reflect, make meaning, and reconnect with your purpose and professional integrity.

I see supervision as a collaborative, psychologically safe space where you can bring the whole of your practice, including the questions, dilemmas, edges, and sparks of insight. Whether you’re coaching senior leaders, supporting clients through change, or working with individuals experiencing burnout, identity issues, or relationship challenges, supervision can help you stay resourced and inspired in your work.

What supervision can offer

Supervision for Coaches, Leaders & People Professionals

Supervision is more than quality assurance. It’s where your development, wellbeing, and insight as a practitioner are held with care. Together, we can explore:

  • Client work, dynamics and dilemmas

  • Boundaries, ethics and role clarity

  • Confidence and identity as a professional coach or coaching leader

  • Working with complexity, including burnout, neurodivergence and organisational dynamics

  • Restoring your energy and deepening your presence in practice

  • For professional coaches in private practice: developing and sustaining a private coaching practice

My approach to Supervision

My supervision style is warm, reflective, and psychologically grounded. I bring over 15 years of experience as a coach, therapist, psychologist, and consultant, supporting leaders, individuals, and organisations through growth, challenge, and transition.

Sessions are spacious and co-created. I work relationally, integrating psychological theory, systemic thinking, and ethical reflection, always tailored to your needs, goals, and context.

Supervision with me blends depth and practicality. We’ll work with what’s emerging, what’s challenging, and what’s ready to grow.
