We use a range of profiling tools to support insight, development, and leadership and team effectiveness. These are used selectively, depending on the needs. Psychometrics include personality, 360, vertical development, leadership capability and ability testing.  

Besides the tools below, we also use 15PQ+ and PsyCap Potential and V360.

Many senior leaders are now expected to coach or mentor others, but few are given the support to do so well. Professional coaches have supervision as part of their professional and personal development and we believe this should also be available for leaders.
