Shift the Way You Work. Transform What’s Possible.

We help people, leaders and teams thrive at work without burnout, disconnection, or depletion.

You want better ways of working for you, your team, your organisation.

You’ve seen what happens when people are stretched too thin. When leadership feels reactive. When the spark fades.

You’re not looking for surface-level fixes. You’re here to build something better:

• Work that energises instead of depletes
• Leadership that inspires trust and action
• Teams that thrive through challenge, not in spite of it
• A culture where people do their best work and feel well

This is what we do and how we can support you.

Why we do this work

Reimagining Work, Leadership and Wellbeing

At Inspired at Work, we believe that work should be life-giving, not life-draining. But we know that’s not the reality for many people and organisations.

This practice was born from the belief that something better is possible for individuals who feel overwhelmed or disconnected, and for organisations that want to support their people without sacrificing performance.

Our founder, Jo van Osch, brings together lived experience of burnout, a background in coaching and psychology, and a deep commitment to system-level change. Her academic research, practical tools, and relational approach shape every part of how we work.

This is personal. It’s also professional. And it’s why we’re here to help you lead, work, and thrive in ways that truly last.

Supervision For Coaches & Leaders who Coach

We offer reflective supervision for coaches, psychologists, and internal facilitators who want to deepen their practice. Grounded in coaching psychology and relational ethics, our supervision is a space for insight, growth and support.
