Preventing Burnout

We partner with organisations to prevent burnout through comprehensive assessments, leadership development, building awareness and targeted interventions. We start by identifying risk factors within your workplace, then equip leaders with the tools they need to foster a culture of resilience and wellbeing as well as supporting individual employees at risk of burnout.

Our proactive approach helps organisations build healthier environments, reduce burnout risks, and sustain long-term productivity, while retaining and supporting top talent.

Building Team Resilience

We work closely with teams to build resilience, improve communication, and create sustainable work practices that promote team effectiveness. By addressing burnout head-on, we help companies reduce absenteeism, improve employee wellbeing, and maintain productivity, ensuring long-term organisational health.

Reintegration after Burnout

We support employees returning to work after burnout with tailored reintegration programs. We begin with a thorough assessment to understand individual needs, then collaborate with leadership and HR to create a supportive plan for re-entry.

Our approach focuses on building resilience, fostering open communication, and providing ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition back to work.

By addressing both employee wellbeing and organisational needs, we help create an environment where people can recover, reintegrate effectively, and continue to thrive.

Why Inspired at Work

Inspired at Work began with a deeply personal journey over 20 years ago. Our founder, Jo, experienced burnout multiple times during her career, igniting a passion to create real change. Alongside her personal journey, Jo worked extensively as a therapist, supporting individuals grappling with the profound effects of burnout. These experiences deepened her understanding that the solution to burnout couldn’t be confined to addressing symptoms in isolation—it needed to be holistic, addressing individuals and the systems they operate within.

This realisation drove Jo to focus her academic research on burnout coaching interventions as part of her doctorate in Organisational Psychology. Her work integrates evidence-based practices with practical tools to address burnout’s complex, multifaceted nature. Jo’s proprietary 7 Pillars Method—a comprehensive framework encompassing the body, mind, emotions, spirit, self, relationships, and organisational dynamics—ensures every solution is rooted in a systemic and holistic approach to well-being.

With over a decade of experience in this area, Jo has dedicated her career to tackling burnout at its roots. Guided by her unique insights, Jo and her team at Inspired at Work deliver actionable solutions that go beyond quick fixes to create sustainable, thriving workplaces.
