Coaching and consulting that strengthens leadership, supports teams, and creates cultures where wellbeing and performance go hand in hand.
Perhaps you’re seeing signs of quiet burnout, disconnection, or pressure that’s starting to fray even the strongest team. Or maybe you’re leading change and want to bring your people with you, not leave them behind. You don’t want quick fixes. You want lasting change rooted in humanity, insight, and evidence.
That’s where we come in.
At Inspired at Work, we believe that thriving workplaces aren’t just possible, they’re essential. We partner with leaders and teams who want to create something better: cultures where people feel valued, energised and able to do their best work without sacrificing their wellbeing.
We work at every level of your organisation to create sustainable change:
Coaching leaders through complexity that requires them to think differently, not just learn new skills.
Helping teams align, reconnect, and communicate better
Addressing burnout systemically, not just at the surface
Supporting wellbeing strategies with depth, rigour and action
Equipping neurodivergent professionals to thrive in ways that work for them
Our work blends psychology, coaching, and organisational insight, and it’s always grounded in the real-world context. Whether you’re an HR Director, CEO, or someone who knows your team deserves more, we’ll meet you where you are and co-create a way forward.
We meet you where you are, whether you’re navigating pressure, rebuilding trust, or ready to take your team to the next level.

I’ve experienced the impact of unsustainable ways of working, and I know I’m not alone. Those experiences shaped how I think about wellbeing, leadership and the environments we create at work. They’re also what led me to explore more regenerative, human-centred ways of doing things where people can thrive with their work, not despite it.
I believe that thriving isn’t just about bouncing back, it’s about reconnecting with what matters, building the capacity to navigate complexity, and creating space for people to grow, contribute and feel well along the way.
With a background in psychology, coaching and organisational development, I’ve spent over two decades working with individuals, teams and leaders to support meaningful, sustainable change.
That’s why I developed the 7-Pillar Method to support people and organisations to grow in a way that honours both their humanity and their goals.
This work is my way of helping to shift the system one conversation, one team, one organisation at a time. At its core, it is about making work feel more human: creating space for people to lead, relate, and grow in ways that are good for them, and for the organisations they’re part of.
I look forward to connecting with you.
How we work
We don’t offer quick fixes. Our work creates space for meaningful change in how people lead, how teams connect, and how organisations grow. It’s coaching and consulting designed to make a real difference. We approach every engagement with care, depth and clarity, blending psychological insight with real-world understanding to help you create lasting change.
We work across mind, body, emotion, relationships, meaning and context, because real transformation happens on multiple levels.
Our work bridges data, deep listening and reflection to support meaningful progress. We create space for insight, but always move toward clarity, alignment and practical steps — helping individuals and teams grow in ways that stick.
We support transformational shifts. Not just in behaviour, but in awareness, culture and capacity. Our frameworks are grounded in research and shaped by real-world complexity.
Our work is shaped by the 7-Pillar Method, a holistic framework developed through years of practice and research. It supports transformation across seven interconnected domains: body, mind, emotion, spirit, self, relationships, and organisation.
Our vision
We’re working toward a world where:
Whether you’re looking for executive coaching, team support, or a strategic partner for culture change, let’s explore what’s possible together.
